Payment Options
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept Debit cards, Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Checks, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Waukee-Clive Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements.
Insurance For Your Pets
Pet insurance companies generally cover emergencies, illness or injury, surgeries, hereditary or congenital conditions, cancer, medication, and chronic conditions. Some will also cover holistic or alternative therapies (chiropractic, acupuncture, etc). No pet insurance company will cover pre-existing conditions.
All pet insurance companies will require you to pay for the entire invoice, then they will send you a reimbursement check after receiving your pet’s claim form.

Scratchpay
