We have some exciting news to share with you! At Waukee Clive Veterinary Clinic, we truly value your feedback and have listened to your frustrations about our previous online pharmacy. As a result, we’ve made some important changes to improve your experience and make your pet’s care even more convenient.
We are thrilled to announce that starting January 29th, we will be partnering with Vetcove for our new online pharmacy service, Vetcove Home Delivery! 🎉 This new platform is designed to provide you with a more user-friendly experience, quicker shipment times, and a smoother process for ordering medications, supplements, and other pet essentials—all shipped directly to your home!
As part of this process, clients with autoship orders may receive links prompting them to update their payment information. This step is necessary to ensure uninterrupted service during the transition. (This does not mean your autoship will ship immediately; it will still ship as scheduled.)
With Vetcove, you can expect:
- Faster shipping to ensure your pet’s medications arrive promptly at your doorstep.
- A more user-friendly website, making it easier than ever to find exactly what you need.
- Access to a wide variety of products to keep your pet healthy and happy.
